Our experts will completely maintain and manage the site for you under your direction. They will undertake all regular maintenance tasks, editing and updating of information on pages etc ( limited to 5 hours web page editing work per month, which is sufficient for most small business websites). They will also give unlimited advice on the phone or via email, on all website marketing, email marketing, website design, or any other website management issue.

Please Note: This package does NOT include redesigning of pages, creation of new pages, or installation of new software, scripts etc. These task can be undertaken for you, but at extra cost. We currently undertake this work and any hourly work over and above the 5 hours package allowance, for established clients, at a rate of $33.00 per hour ( including GST ), or by quotation on larger jobs.

If you are happy with our service and wish to continue with us at the end of your FREE trial, we ask that you make your payments by credit card via PayPal.

To simplify the process and to save you having to fill out too many forms, we have arranged for you to register for your FREE trial via PayPal.

The quick and simple Paypal registration process (if you are already registered with Paypal, there is no need to do so again) will enable you commence your FREE trial immediately then, if you wish to continue with us, will give Paypal authorization to charge your credit card for the first payment plus future payments every 3 months.

Australian clients will be sent a GST invoice on receipt of each payment.

If you do not wish to continue at the end of your FREE trial, all you need to do is cancel your payments via PayPal, and let us know.

Any refunds, once the credit card has been debited, will incur a 15% fee (calculated on the amount charged). This condition applies to all payments on an ongoing basis.
